This role involves coordinating closely with aircraft operators, MROs, National Aviation Authorities (NAAs), customers and other aviation stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance activities are planned, executed and documented in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and approved maintenance programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aircraft airworthiness and maintenance environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced and operationally demanding setting.

Main Responsibilities

Request, review and evaluate maintenance quotations, ensuring that proposed work is commercially appropriate and carried out in accordance with applicable NAA regulations and the approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP).

Assess Airworthiness Directives (ADs) issued by the relevant NAA and coordinate the necessary actions to ensure continued compliance.

Evaluate and coordinate the implementation of mandatory, recommended and optional Service Bulletins (SBs), where applicable.

Coordinate and manage the Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) renewal process with the relevant NAA, ensuring all requirements are met within the required timelines.

Provide prompt and effective support during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, coordinating with MROs and other relevant parties to facilitate timely resolution and minimise aircraft downtime.

Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support aircraft acquisition and sales projects, including technical and airworthiness-related requirements.

Manage and respond to client enquiries, requests and complaints relating to MRO services, ensuring issues are followed through to satisfactory resolution.

Maintain effective communication with MROs, operators, authorities and other service providers to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Support the Director, Technical Services on technical, airworthiness and aircraft management matters as required.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Airworthiness, Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an aircraft airworthiness, CAMO, technical services, aircraft maintenance or related aviation environment.

Strong working knowledge of EASA Part-M, OTAR Part 39 and equivalent international regulatory requirements.

Sound knowledge of aircraft management principles and a good understanding of various flight operations and services.

Strong understanding of the commercial and operational considerations of aircraft management.

EASA Part-66 licence would be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, MROs, authorities and other aviation stakeholders.
